What the price means.
- The first month is free on either plan. A card is needed to start and nothing is charged for 30 days.
- Billed monthly, cancel any time. Or pay for a year and save 15 percent, on a twelve month term.
- The price on this page is the price you pay. Prices exclude VAT.
- No per-user fees. Team members are counted by plan, not charged one at a time.
- Subcontractors pay nothing, on both plans.
- No renewal surprises. If the price changes, it changes for new firms first and you are told before it reaches you.
- Unlimited means unlimited for running your plots. We ask that storage is used for the work on those plots, and we talk to you before anything changes.
Questions people ask before they sign up.
What happens after the free month?
On day 31 your card is charged at the plan price you picked, plus VAT. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes. The card is taken at sign-up and nothing is charged for 30 days.
What is a team member?
Somebody in your own firm with a sign-in: you, an office manager, a site manager. Subcontractors are not team members and are never counted.
Do subcontractors pay?
No. They pay nothing, they are never asked for a card, and they are never counted towards your team limit.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, up or down, from your billing settings at any time. Moving down to Firm keeps the team members you already have; you cannot add another until you are under ten.
What if my card fails?
The console goes read only. Every plot, its evidence and its export stay open, and you cannot create, edit, publish, invite or approve until the payment goes through.
Do the plans include the AI features?
Yes. AI checks on submitted photos and smart safety forms are included in both plans at no extra charge. Nothing AI is a paid add-on.
